System Build (Rootzone to Subgrade)
- Natural Turf Sward – selected species/cultivars for climate and use.
- Sand-Based Rootzone – sports-grade silica sand with organic amendment for CEC/water holding.
- Gravel Blanket – separation layer providing hydraulic uniformity and stability.
- Laterals + Collector Drainage – perforated pipes at calculated spacing and depth.
- Prepared Subgrade – compacted, trimmed formation to design falls.
